PRIME began operating in 1976 under the name of Prime Painters, working primarily on interior/exterior painting projects and wall paper installation in homes and non union commercial applications. As our business grew so did our knowledge of the home and commercial remodeling industry. In 1984 we renamed our business PrimeConstruction.NET to reflect our expertise. Best practices, detailed craftsmanship and use of quality materials grew our business and brought standards to our company we are still proud of.

PrimeConstruction.NET has remodeled hundreds of homes and business’ across the Northwest suburbs of Chicagoland. Our beginnings were simple with our office location starting “in home” in McHenry, then moving to Rolling Meadows, Lake Zurich, Barrington, Kildeer, back to Barrington and now a larger space in Palatine.  By implementing our dedicated work ethic, we have accomplished what every business wants, a customer referral base that is wide spread in our area, Lake and Cook County, IL. PrimeConstruction.NET’s relationships with customers and area vendors, has been built on respect, proven craftsmanship and our straight forward expert advice. Refreshing homes and business environments is what we do and what you will love us for. We have lived in, raised our own family and built our business in the same area you have chosen to live, right here in the northwest suburbs.  We care about our community and the families who live here.
